The services on RxTech Repair's web site are provided with a 6 month parts and labor warranty on the repair as long as we can fully test the device before and after the repair and the device does not meet any reason for warranty exlusion or voidance. You can read about RxTech Repair LLC’s warranty by clicking the preceding link. The warranty only covers the part replaced and the labor to replace the part. The warranty does not include information or data of any kind. Backup any data before using any of our services. In many cases, cracking your device or famaging it means loosing your warranty with Apple. Third party repairs such as ours may also voice your warranty with Apple. In order to test the device being worked on, we may need the password or passcode if the device employs on. We need the passcode to test for touchscreen, front camera, rear camera, sound and call functionality. Without the passcode or password, no warranty is implied with the rendering of our services. Furthermore, the following will result in not rendering our warranty if it has the following pre-existing conditions on your device:

• Water or liquid damage.
• Stolen devices.
• Bent, contorted or damaged frames or housing of the device.
• Any repair that deals with data transfers or storage of data.
• Any repair where the user uses their own part in the repair.

Furthermore, the following is a list of conditions that will void your warranty on any services rendered by RxTech Repair LLC after a service is rendered:

• Water or liquid damage.
• Excessive heat or cold.
• Physical damage such as but not limited to dropping the device, dropping something on the device, or putting excessive pressure on the device.
• If the device is deemed to be lost or stolen.
• Opening up the device by anyone other than a RxTech Repair LLC technician.
• Charging the device with chargers not up to spec by the original device manufacturer of the device
• Bending the device or frame of the device.
• Cracking the glass or frame.
• Selling of the device – the warranty is non transferrable and is only for the original purchaser of the repair or service.

In no event shall RxTech Repair or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RxTech Repair's Internet site, even if RxTech Repair or a RxTech Repair authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on RxTech Repair's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. RxTech Repair does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current.
