Surface Pro 8 Repairs
Listed below are the repairs we currently offer for the Microsoft Surface Pro 8. You can tell which Surface Pro you have by right clicking Start, then selecting Settings > System. Scroll down and select About. The top of the window will give you Surface model information. If the screen isn't working you can also check on the back side of the kickstand; the model number will be 1983 (or 1982 for the LTE model).
This device was released in September 2021 and features 11th generation Intel Tiger Lake Core processors. They will either have an i5-1135G7, i7-1185G7, or i7-1185G7 with LTE intel chip inside. All Surface Pro 8 models have an internal fan. Unfortunately, the RAM is soldered onto the device, so they are not upgradeable on this machine since it is not a modular part. This Surface Pro ships with Windows 11.
